Meet The Photographers

 

The daily challenges they face and overcome have not stopped them from searching for, and capturing natural wonders throughout beloved Florida and other areas.

Testing his Abilities has always been a driving force for this two-time quadriplegic (1983 and 1998). As a five-star author (Now What? & ADA Adventure), Speaker and Advocate he has served in both Presidential and Gubernatorial capacities to remove barriers and to create opportunities for individuals with disabilities; he knows no limitations. With a three-plus-decade track record of shaping public policy at the federal, state and local levels, he is recognized as a disability subject matter expert. As both a full-time faculty member at Florida State University College of Business and a private consultant, he is constantly on the move. Through adaptive recreation he loves exploring the possibilities of life and through technology he is able to explore the outdoors with photography.  He lives in Tallahassee with his lovely wife Erika, and can be reached at www.jrharding.com

Gordon Palmer

Gordon Palmer has been a quadriplegic for more than 40 years, worked for the state of Florida as an attorney for almost 30 years, and is a Florida native. He enjoys volunteering and supporting the disabled community through such groups as Florida Disabled Outdoor Association.  He channels his passion of his youth enjoying the Florida outdoors and all its activities through his photography of Florida's natural environment.

Max Lee

Max Lee, is president of Koogler and Associates a registered professional engineer in the state of Florida with experience in the field of compliance with accessibility standards for building design, including the requirements under Titles II and III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). 

​

He trained as a photographer in his youth with Brian Rogers in Atlanta, GA.  Later in life he had the unique experience of personal training with Martine Franck, photographer and wife of Henri Cartier Bresson. He carries on the tradition of the photography of his youth through drone technology.
