Payment of any order becomes due at the time of the order. At that time, your credit card will be charged. By submitting your order, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated credit card and authorize us to charge your order (including shipping, handling and any taxes) to that card. If the card cannot be verified, is invalid or is otherwise not acceptable, your order may be suspended or cancelled automatically.
What is the image edge design?
The canvas image is fully visible on the front side of the canvas print. The photo margin is copied, inverted and printed on the frame edges to create a mirror image effect. The canvas print will not have an outer frame.
What is the best way to mount the print?
We recommend using a professional canvas flat mount hanging kit which is perfect for canvas and open back frames, and available from your local hardware store.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Our standard shipping targets that you receive your order within 5 - 7 days.
How is my order packaged?
Your canvas order is wrapped in pillow bubble wrap and shipped in a cardboard box.
What is your return policy?
To return a defective item, please contact us using the contact form below. Please describe the defect. Please include your order number. Once we have received your email, we will evaluate your complaint and request a full image of your order and of the defect.

You can only request to return your order within 30 days of purchase and you must adhere to the following guidelines:

Items must be in original condition

All frames and canvas must be included

All items must be returned in the packaging (bubble wrap and cardboard box), which must be in the same condition as when we sent it to you

If the reason for a return is not that it is defective but not to your liking, you may return the item at your own expense within 14 days upon receipt of the order. If the order is received unused and in its original condition, a credit of the original purchase price, minus shipping and taxes, will be offered for your use that is good for 30 days from the issuance of the credit. No refund will be paid.
What should I do if my order is damaged?
If your order is received damaged, contact us using the contact form provided below. Please include your order number and describe the damage. Once we receive your email, we will evaluate your damage complaint and request a full image of your order (including the package) and of the damage to the delivered item, so that we can determine whether the damage occurred during shipment or production.
Can I cancel my order?
By placing your order, you agree that you have reviewed your order and that your order is final as is.
